  • Led the technical due diligence for the buy-in of SuperLine, an alternative PSTN service provider with 20k+ customers  Streamlined and consolidated the Ericsson TDM Switching infrastructure

  • Conducted a strategic review of London Ambulance Service’s Patient Transport Service (LAS PTS) for the LAS Board of Directors and recommended options to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analysis of a wireless VC backed start-up (Telabria) and proposed new vertical markets to target with existing technology, and a strategy to penetrate those markets
